Worldwide Delivery

Order Confirmation and Shipping

• International orders are usually delivered to the cargo company within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. For custom designed or personalized products, this period may be extended by 1–2 business days.

• Each product page includes shipping times and conditions specific to that product.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe: 3–5 business days

• USA & Canada: 5–7 business days

• Other Countries: 7–10 business days

Shipping Processes

• Delivery Control: Be sure to open and check your package in front of the cargo officer. If you see any damaged or missing products, do not accept the delivery, draw up a report and have the package returned.

• If There is No Address: If no one is at the address, the cargo officer leaves a notification note; you can pick up your package from the nearest branch.

• Authorized Delivery: If family members or neighbors are picking up, valid ID and signature required.

Payment and Confirmation

• Our customers who pay via EFT/Bank Transfer can speed up the process by sending the receipt to our [WhatsApp line] or e-mail address after payment.

• If you do not make your payment within 2 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Customs and Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties according to the laws of the receiving country. Customs officials will contact you directly for the necessary information and documentation.

• Customs taxes and expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. If not paid, your package will not be returned; Modavival does not accept responsibility in this regard.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to high shipping and customs costs, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please note that your order is not covered by this.
